Pioneer Pastures is helping PBRC get into the holiday spirit! On Nov 14 the Pioneer Pastures crew is providing members with the seasonal flavors of their A2 protein milkshakes:
Hot Chocolate, Snickerdoodle, Santa’s Sugar Cookie & Cream, White Chocolate Peppermint
5K run with our front run leader holding a 9:00/mi pace. We run accordion style, meaning we have 3 pre-designated stops along the route where we wait 2-3 minutes before continuing the run. This allows most runners at a slower pace to catch up and stay with the group.
