Our SF Marathon Hype Run series is back! ๐
Whether you're running any of the SFM races or just looking for a fun group to get a weekend long run with, we've got weekend plans for you! For the 7 weeks leading up to race weekend, we will be hosting a series of runs that tackle various parts of the courses, in order to build confidence and eliminate race day surprises. It will all end with a Saturday shakeout run and an epic race day ๐๐
This week, we are running some of the most scenic (and hilly) portions of the course! Weโll make our way to Hopperโs Hands๐, cross the Golden Gate Bridge๐, and run the entire Marin portion before returning to Little Marina Green.

๐ Quiet your voices when captains are talking. This will help everyone hear the exercises, announcements, etc.
