CicLAvia days already feel like magic, and this one’s extra special thanks to our community members planning something fun!
Vibe Ride and Skate Hunnies are teaming up for a special photo scavenger hunt through Westwood that turns the route into one big playful adventure. You’ll link up in small teams, chase creative prompts, find landmarks, connect with local businesses, meet new people, and complete little acts of kindness along the way. Think less “race” and more explore, laugh, and make memories.
For anyone new to it, CicLAvia is a nonprofit that temporarily opens streets to people instead of cars, creating a giant pop-up park for walking, biking, skating, and human-powered fun all across the city. This is your chance to be curious, be goofy, and leave the neighborhood a little cleaner, kinder, and more connected than you found it. Expect a day full of movement, good people, and plenty of unexpected moments.

🗺️ EVENT OVERVIEW 🗺️ A collaborative photo scavenger hunt as part of CicLAvia Westwood Hosted by Vibe Ride x Skate Hunnies
⏰ SCHEDULE ⏰ 10:00am | Meet up + get into teams 11:00am | Opening circle + game overview 11:15am | Scavenger hunt begins 1:00pm | All teams must return to the starting point 1:05pm | Final return cutoff before disqualification 1:15pm | Awards + raffle
WHAT TO EXPECT 📸 A photo scavenger hunt in teams of 3-4 🛹 A playful way to explore CicLAvia beyond just passing through 🌇 Creative prompts involving landmarks, local businesses, acts of kindness, and connection ♻️ A feel-good challenge that helps leave the route a little cleaner and brighter 💞 A collab full of stoke, community, and good neighbor energy
👤 WHO CAN JOIN? 👤 All people-powered participants are welcome, whether you’re skating, biking, jogging, or walking. Come solo or bring a crew. We’ll make sure everyone gets sorted into a team.
📱 HOW TO PLAY 📱 • All prompts must be completed with photos taken along the CicLAvia route • Please stay on the route the whole time • Submit your photos using the form (shared on event day) • Double check that each photo is uploaded to the correct prompt so you don’t lose points • You must be back at the starting point by 1:00pm sharp • Teams returning between 1:00 and 1:05pm will get a 100 point penalty • Teams returning after 1:05pm will be disqualified
💛 GOOD NEIGHBOR RULES 💛 • Respect all CicLAvia rules, especially dismount zones • Be kind and considerate to CicLAvia staff, volunteers, local businesses, and fellow participants • Only photograph other people if they say yes • Help us keep the vibe fun, respectful, and welcoming for everybody
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️ • RSVP on Heylo so we know you’re coming • Parking may be challenging, so plan to arrive early • Bring your phone fully charged • Wear whatever helps you move comfortably and safely • Most importantly, have fun and don’t take yourself too seriously
